“Let Me Be As Christ To You”It was wonderful to see and meet so many of you at Back to School Night last week. For those unable to attend, you missed good fellowship, yummy food, and important information. Please be sure to visit our website and your child’s teacher’s webpage for information missed. Thank you to all who helped make such a successful evening.
Our
new lunch program through Ki’s restaurant is ready to begin
Monday, Sept 21. We are IN NEED of HELP serving the lunch. Specifically we need 5 additional people for Mondays and Tuesdays. We are looking for an EVERY OTHER week
commitment (of course every week is also great!) The shift is from
11:30-1:00 and is a great way to volunteer at a time when you can see your
children, and get to know others at the school and it’s only 3 hours a
month!! Also, don’t forget to
order your meals!
Drop-off
and Pick-up Procedures:
I’m sure you are getting tired of hearing about this, but we are so
close! Please stay patient and
aware. In the morning, 7th
and 8th graders may be on campus at 7:30 for extra help but must report
directly to their classroom. They will be dismissed to go to lockers at
7:45. All other students being dropped
off before 7:45 must report to
daycare. There is no supervision before
7:45! Please remember that only 7th
and 8th may be picked up in the back of campus. All others must be picked up in the front of
school. Finally, please no left turn when
entering off Nardo into the pick-up area.
Next Wednesday, 9/23, is the one and only turn in day for magazine/cookie dough orders and money.
Also, Joanne Costello is still looking for volunteers
to assist in counting the orders. Please call her at 858-382-2959,
email her at jc14@att.net, or just show up to the day care
room on 9/23 at 9am with calculators.
