Saint James Academy Casablanca Gala

Do you know? Our Casablanca Gala is just over two weeks away! The evening promises to be a delightful celebration of friends -dining, dancing and helping to raise revenue for our school. Please gather your friends (or use this event to make some new ones :-) and join me at "Rick's Café" Saturday evening, March 24th. Our Gala team has been putting in many hours to create a special evening for all of us to enjoy and to benefit our children. Please get your reservation in NOW. I hope to see all of you there.

Casablanca Gala Update—This event is our largest fundraising activity of the year for St. James Academy. Your Gala Committee is working very hard and we would love to have every family participate. As part of the budget, revenue from fundraising helps keep tuition lower than the actual cost of an SJA education. The gap is over $1000 per student between tuition and the actual cost to educate one child. We need everyone's help in making the Gala a success! Think about what you can do: solicit donations, donate your time to the committee, buy and sell raffle tickets, and most of all come to the Gala! It is going to be a great party!

Almost Live! The parties are back! These are themed parties that are hosted by SJA parents and SJA supporters.

Casablanca Raffle—We are in the home stretch with less than 2 weeks to sell your raffle tickets. We need 100% participation from everyone to sell or purchase their 20 raffle tickets to make this the most successful Gala ever. Remember, the highest sellers win a $250 gift certificate to the Apple Store, or any store of your choice. Second highest seller wins $100! The leading sellers currently are: The Ronco Family at 87 tickets, Sheyla Tellez at 61 tickets, Meghan Mullins at 60 tickets, the Mott Family at 59 tickets, the Gale Family at 54 tickets. There is still plenty of time for others to catch up! The Grade Competition- who will win the ice cream party? Currently in 1st place is 3rd grade with 58% of families that have sold their 20 raffle tickets- good work! 2nd place is 4th grade with 52%; 3rd place is 2nd grade with 47%; 4th place is Kindergarten with 36%; 5th place is 5th grade with 23%; 6th place is 6th grade with 23%; 7th place is 8th grade with 21%; 8th place is 1st grade with 20% and in last is 7th with 10%. Jr. High, we need your help… Please get out there and sell, sell, sell. All raffle tickets sales must be turned in by Friday, March 16th. Thank you, Your Gala Committee
